Cancellation policy

At Everstone Stays, we understand that plans can change. Our cancellation policy is designed to be clear and fair for both guests and property management.



Short-Term & Weekly Bookings



  • Free cancellation up to 7 days before check-in.
  • Cancellations made less than 7 days before check-in will be charged 50% of the total booking amount.
  • No-shows or cancellations on the day of arrival will be charged 100% of the booking.




Monthly / Long-Term Bookings



  • Bookings of 30 nights or more require 30 days’ notice for full cancellation or rescheduling.
  • Cancellations with less than 30 days’ notice will be charged 50% of the remaining booking amount.
  • No-shows for long-term bookings will be charged 100% of the first month.

To cancel, please contact us via email or phone with your booking details. We will confirm your cancellation and any applicable refund promptly.
